Routine cleaning tasks done regularly to maintain a basic level of cleanliness in a home. Includes vacuuming, dusting surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash; essentially, the everyday tasks to keep a space tidy and hygienic.
Deep Cleaning Services
If your property has not been professionally cleaned in over 2 months, we strongly recommend a deep cleaning for the first visit in order to get your home prepared for ongoing maintenance. Deep cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and handles and extra time for tub/shower(s).

What's included in the 'Residential Deep Cleaning'? Our cleaning services are tailored to your specific needs. Our comprehensive tasks can include: - Cleaning inside kitchen appliances such as refrigerators. - Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers. - Cleaning behind and inside appliances when they are moved before our arrival. - Wiping down windows and baseboards. - Deep scrubbing of bathroom tiles, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. - A thorough vacuuming and mopping to finish the job to the highest standard.
Do I need to provide cleaning tools and supplies? Our cleaners bring mops and all necessary cleaning tools and supplies to your home. If you prefer cleaners to use your own tools and/or specific cleaning products, you can let us know.
What factors determine the cost of the Residential Cleaning services? The cost of our cleaning services, varies based on several factors. For instance, if your home has recently been renovated, the extent of cleaning required will influence the overall price. Post-construction cleaning requires meticulous attention to detail to remove accumulated dust throughout the home, which can affect the cost. Additionally, deep cleanings go beyond standard surface cleaning, taking more time and resulting in a higher price. All of our cleaning prices are calculated by an hourly basis unless you require any of our additional services.
What is your Cancellation Policy? Flexibility is important to us. You can cancel your appointment without any charge as long as it's done 24 hours in advance. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you.
What is not included in the Cleaning Service? We strive to provide a wide range of services; however, please note that there are certain tasks we cannot perform for safety and logistical reasons. Specifically, we are unable to clean the following: - Areas or items higher than 12 feet - Full cleaning of ceilings and walls - Pest removal, chemical waste, excessive mold, and other bio-hazards - Fire or smoke-damaged areas, including those with strong smells of smoke or cannabis - Exterior windows, patios, and garages - Spaces under heavy objects or furniture that require lifting or moving
